BIOSIGNATURE OF
FAT LOSS
Why do some people have fat on their hips but not
their belly? Why do some people have fat on their
belly but not their arms? WHY
are we fat WHERE we
are fat? To science, this is an interesting
question. To the nutrition, supplement and fitness
industries, it is THE
question. Solving this riddle might fall just
behind finding the holy grail of life's list of
eternal quests.
Putting aside for the moment the “golden straw”
(lipo), what can a person do to “target” fat loss
in a particular area of the body? Is it possible,
and, if so, what protocol/program/
crystal/magnet/supplement might a person
follow/swallow/wear to make it happen?
WHAT IS
BIOSIGNATURE?
Biosignature is
the first proven method of reducing fat deposits
on specific area of the body through the use of
nutrition and exercise. By measuring body fat, a
hormonal and metabolic profile is created,
revealing where the body is out of balance and
which pathways need nutritional support to
re-balance. In addition, the profile dictates the
type of training best assists the body in
obtaining balance.
Biosignature is NOT
a quick fix, a magic pill, or a miracle. It is not
spot reduction or gimmick machines. The program
requires a commitment to exercise, nutritional
changes and hard work. It is not an excuse for a
sick, fat body because your “hormones are
keeping you fat.” Hormones may be the reason you
are fat in a particular spot, but it's isn't the
reason you are fat overall– and no, it's not
because you have too much “stuffmyfacerone”
flowing through your veins.
HOW IT WORKS
A 12 site body fat measurement is taken, and
your hormonal and metabolic profile is created.
There are many types of “profiles” that arise as a
result of these measurements. For example, there
may be an estrogen dominance issue, or an
insulincortisol
seesaw, or a pituitary pattern. Each of these (and
there may be more than one) must be addressed and
brought back into balance. This is done without
spending a fortune on blood tests.
A supplement protocol and a nutritional plan is
created. Some supplements are for general support,
some are for a specific issues revealed from the
measurements. You are encouraged to eat foods that
support your individual profile and ramp-up your
body's fat burning and muscle building metabolism.
A detoxification phase is the first step, as
ridding the body of toxins paves the way for
balance in the body and weight loss.
Detoxification supports the proper elimination of
inert hormones from your body.
Finally, a 15 week exercise program is created,
specifically designed to target your particular
“fat profile”. DO NOT
CONFUSE THIS WITH SPOT REDUCING. Instead,
careful manipulation of the number of repetitions,
the intensity, rest intervals, frequency,
and type of exercise (aerobic or anaerobic?) can
drastically affect metabolic and hormonal balance
in the body.
